Summary

Alternative Provision Teacher - One-to-One Education Support

Location: Lincoln & surrounding areas
Rate: £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
️ Schedule: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: Personalised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs

Are you a passionate and experienced educator who thrives in a flexible, learner-centred environment? We are seeking committed Alternative Provision Teachers to deliver one-to-one education for students requiring an individualised approach.

These learners may face challenges such as Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or medical conditions. Your role will be pivotal in helping them rebuild confidence, reconnect with their education, and make meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

Deliver Bespoke Lessons: Provide tailored instruction in core subjects, adapted to meet individual learning profiles.

Requirements
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (e.g. , PGCE)

Minimum of 2 years' classroom teaching experience

Sound knowledge of the UK curriculum in Maths, English, and Science

Confidence teaching across Key Stages 1 to 4

Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) and right to work in the UK
