This is a pivotal position supporting both the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that the school office operates smoothly, efficiently, and with professionalism at all times. You'll play a central role in fostering positive communication across the school community.

Executive Support: Manage the Headteacher's diary, communications, and meeting schedules with confidentiality and efficiency.

Systems Coordination: Manage key school systems such as SIMS/Arbor, including student records, attendance, communications, events, and admissions.

Liaison Point: Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external professionals.

✔️ Exceptionally well-organised, with a calm and proactive approach
✔️ A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Office and MIS platforms such as SIMS or Arbor
✔️ Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information
✔️ Positive, professional, and capable of leading a busy school office team
While previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, it is not essential. What's most important is your attitude, commitment, and ability to contribute to our warm and inclusive school environment.
