Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods-in and goods-out processes.
Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing/sales teams for stock requirements.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and organisation of goods, minimizing damage or loss.
Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures.
Liaise with delivery drivers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse.
Use warehouse management software to update inventory and delivery records.
Train and supervise staff on warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management (minimum 2 years preferred).
Must be computer literate – able to use stock management software, spreadsheets, and email.
Fluent in both Punjabi and English.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of health & safety regulations.
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving stock where required.
