This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of a vibrant, professionally managed residential development, focused on delivering exceptional service and creating communities where residents love to live.
About the Role
As a Resident Services Associate, you’ll be a vital part of the on-site team, delivering an outstanding rental experience to residents. From day one, you’ll become a friendly, familiar face—ensuring residents feel valued, listened to, and proud of their home.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, acting as the first point of contact for residents.
Build strong relationships with residents, creating a welcoming environment and encouraging engagement.
Collaborate closely with on-site and central teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Promote a community-led atmosphere by supporting resident events and local partnerships.
Handle service requests and manage resident communications in line with brand standards.
Take a proactive approach to property management, assisting with inspections, move-ins, and move-outs.
Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are upheld on-site.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for delivering first-class customer service.
Previous experience in hospitality, property management, travel/tourism or similar.
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
A natural team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Experience in planning or supporting resident/community events (desirable).
Awareness of Health & Safety in a residential or hospitality environment.
Property or customer service qualifications are a plus but not essential.
