Summary
To positively promote and embody the core FCMS values.To be directly involved in the delivery and management of inclusive learning, teaching and assessment to an outstanding level.To be fully conversant with programme specifications in order to create and maintain a relevant learning experience for apprentices.Ensure conformity and best practice across the teaching team through regular review and sharing of practice, including moderation and internal verification.To drive apprentice recruitment internally and externally, leading on apprenticeship meetings with employers and steering the apprenticeship relationship with all stakeholders.To effectively use and comply with FCMS systems and procedures as part of the apprenticeship offer, including use of OneFile and the government portal for tracking, reporting and qualifying.To maintain current knowledge and practice in teaching pedagogy and subject specialisms.
