Summary

We have a vacancy in our school, and we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in our school:• Passionate about working with children and helping to inspire children’s curiosity and creativity through play.
• Have energy, determination, and self-motivation.
• Commits to children’s development and learning and places a high value on positive interactions to do this.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Works well within a large team and shares our vision and values.

• The opportunity to take the school onto the next stage of its development.The job is permanent and 28 hours 20 minutes per week term time only. Westrop Primary School is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Therefore, you must provide all relevant information requested to meet this commitment. All appointments will be subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS clearances and references, which will be obtained before the appointment. Proof of right to work in the UK will be required at the time of the interview. Staff must work by the South West Child Protection procedures and Child Protection/Safeguarding Policy, and understand their role within the policy.
