Summary
Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a manufacturer for a Maintenance Manager. This would be a full-time permanent position based out of the company’s site in East Lothian.
A critical role for the business, you will be tasked with leading a team of 15, holding overall responsibility for the maintenance operations on site.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance team
• Ensure health and safety compliance relation to the maintenance function
• Plan and develop CMMS system
• Delivery of maintenance KPIs
• Other duties deemed relevant to role
Essential Skills and Experience
• Relevant engineering qualification
• Previous Engineering Management experience
• Health and Safety knowledge
• Strong leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
