Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar team near Broadway. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-quality bar operation, delivering exceptional service in a stunning setting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience.
-Manage, train, and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver outstanding service.
-Develop creative and seasonal drink menus, including cocktails, wines, and specialty beverages.
-Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
-Drive sales and revenue through excellent customer service and innovative promotions.
-Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to support events and functions.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-In-depth knowledge of mixology, wines, and beverage trends.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with stock control and POS systems.
-Relevant qualifications (e.g., WSET, personal licence) are desirable but not essential.
