Summary

Your new company
Part of a highly respected global automotive brand, this opportunity sits within the UK controlling team, a function that's central to both operational performance and strategic direction. As the organisation evolves its digital capabilities and expands its financial oversight across commercial vehicles, this newly created role offers a high-impact position supporting margin and discount governance for new truck sales.

Your new role
As Finance Analyst - Revenue, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including finance, sales and HQ, to deliver trusted financial insight. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and reviewing new vehicle discounts and associated margin analysis
  • Supporting the Revenue Controller with monthly reporting, budgeting and approvals
  • Deputising in meetings, project work, and planning cycles when required
  • Analysing complex datasets and producing performance reports for senior management
  • Acting as a key business partner across sales, product, and HQ teams
  • Driving process enhancement and digitalisation across financial workflows
  • Preparing and reviewing accruals, special discount provisions and compliance checks
  • Supporting month-end activities and contributing to forecast planning

This is not a transactional role-it's strategic, commercial, and full of ownership. You'll be involved in value-focused decision-making and will gain exposure to a wide cross-section of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a confident, driven and detail-focused finance professional-someone ready to take initiative, own outcomes and stick their teeth into complex challenges. You'll ideally have:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with contribution margin control and discount governance
  • Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Power BI experience
  • Knowledge of financial systems and a keenness to improve digital workflows
  • A qualification or part-qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or interest in studying
  • Experience in a controller or commercial finance role-rather than pure accounting
  • An understanding of the automotive sector or asset finance would be an advantage, though not essential.

What you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, visible role with real scope to grow into leadership. The package includes up to £55,000 salary, study support towards qualification, hybrid working and exposure to both the UK and group finance structure.
