We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Solutions Analyst to join our team. In this role will you support Customer Solutions design by performing data analysis of customer data, providing input to costing models, setting up processes and including specifics on technology and equipment used. You will support in setting up customer response in terms of layout, processes descriptions and solution overview and support in solution implementation and optimization projects.
How you create impact
- Support customer tender projects, driving and offering compelling logistics concepts.
- Use new concepts and technology to develop solutions while benchmarking existing best practices.
- Execute in-depth analysis of customer logistics data to drive the best logistics concepts.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to manage the solution process.
- Ensure high standards of compliance during solutions offering process
What we would like you to bring
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office specifically excel
- High level of numeracy
- Analytical ability with good attention to detail
- Keen to apply theoretical knowledge and to gain operational and practical knowledge
- Keen to learn additional techniques and lean from senior colleagues
