Marketing is looking for a Product Marketing Assistant to play a key role in delivering excellent customer care and supporting the completion of ad hoc requests for marketing support from colleagues across the University.
In this role, you will manage and respond to ad-hoc marketing requests from colleagues via the ServiceNow portal, ensuring efficient handling of queries. You will personally complete requests where possible while also triaging tasks to relevant teams for resolution.
A key part of your role will be supporting the promotion of the University’s Postgraduate Scholarship portfolio on third-party platforms, helping to enhance visibility and engagement. Additionally, you will work to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of course information for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students across external platforms.
