Are you an IT professional looking to use your skills to support students and staff in a vibrant university environment?
We’re seeking a friendly and proactive Service Delivery Analyst (IT Support and Administration) to join our Student Service Delivery team. Reporting to the Deputy Service Delivery Manager, you’ll provide all levels of IT support across the University’s systems and services—by phone, remotely, or face-to-face.
You’ll work with our ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Service and Change Management) and contribute to exciting digital transformation projects. You’ll also help students directly with their IT needs and play a key role in maintaining front line services, such as laptop lockers, IT rooms and digital signage. The role also includes some admin tasks like stock monitoring, rotas, and updating webpages.

This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months.
