Summary
Office administrator/bookkeeper required for small engineering company. Must be self motivated to carry out daily required tasks including document preparation, data entry, filing. Must be able to use Sage for creating/sending invoices, and entering received invoices, bank reconciliation. Management of debtors and creditors, and preparation of payment runs. Process supplier payments. Record and reconcile credit card usage. Produce financial reports and prepare information in readiness for the external accountants. Coordinate HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Process timesheets and compile onto spreadsheet in preparation for payroll. Be adaptable to assisting with other clerical documentation from the production office. Answer and direct phone calls as required. Expected hours required 4/5 per day, flexible to suit candidate.
