  • Developing and monitoring the Strategic Housing Investment Plan to maximise investment and meet local housing priorities.
  • Managing site identification, procurement strategies, project delivery, and budget oversight, ensuring compliance with Scottish Government grant conditions.
  • Overseeing the Empty Homes and Open Market Purchase schemes.

What We are Looking For?

We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional with:

  • A Professional Housing Diploma or Honours degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Significant senior-level experience in housing development, construction, or regeneration projects.
  • Proven success in delivering social housing programmes and managing significant budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of housing policy, legislation, and procurement practices.
  • Ability to innovate, solve complex problems, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
