We’re looking for an experienced, Home Manager to take the lead at our Lancashire care home a well-established service with huge potential and the support of a forward-thinking senior team.
This is a standout opportunity for a commercially astute leader with a passion for excellence. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, driving occupancy and fee performance, and ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery across the board.
The home has real potential and we’re looking for someone who can unlock it. You’ll be given full autonomy to shape the service while enjoying the backing of a supportive and experienced senior team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing luxury nursing homes with 50+ beds essential.
  • A confident, values-driven leader with a proven track record in turning around or growing services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive occupancy, manage fee levels, and meet financial targets.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory compliance and quality frameworks (CQC).
  • NMC registration (RGN or RMN) is desirable but not essential.
