Summary

Salary: £31,179 - £33,142 Pro Rata (£25,280 - £26,871 actual) (Appointment at the bottom of the band)
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours of work: 30 hours per week (24hrs – 4 Day Week)

Are you our ideal candidate?
As our Colleague Wellbeing Partner, you will be an advocate for wellbeing within our Mutual to continually improve workforce wellbeing that supports colleagues to be at their best.
You’ll support colleagues by sourcing and promoting wellbeing initiatives to enhance the working environment of Our Mutual. You’ll coordinate a programme of wellbeing awareness campaigns to focus on preventative measures to boost wellbeing.
You’ll work closely with our People Team to identify trends to take a preventative approach to wellbeing. You’ll build excellent working relationships with key partners including external agencies and local resource providers to provide the best possible support to our colleagues.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about colleague wellbeing and making a difference by offering innovative wellbeing initiatives. You’ll be a natural communicator that quickly forms strong working relationships that develop trust. You’ll have a creative writing style with the ability to design engaging promotional materials using your excellent written communication that can be tailored to a variety of audiences. You’ll also have excellent prioritisation skills to eliminate any roadblocks, as well as a dedicated focus to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
