About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Middlewich. You’ll be supporting individuals with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and non-verbal communication, helping them to live happy, safe, and independent lives.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and experienced care team in a rewarding and varied role.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to service users
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily activities
• Support individuals with communication, social interaction, and life skills
• Follow personalised care plans and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice for each person you support
Requirements
• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• CPI (MAPA) training (essential)
• Moving and Handling experience (essential)
• Experience administering medication (essential)
• A positive, caring and proactive approach
• Drivers and non-driver’s welcome
