About the role:

Supporting people with a wide range of support needs from learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health needs.The focus of the role is to support adults to improve their living skills, the daily routine of regular life, you'll get huge job satisfaction seeing the people we support to live their lives they want to live. There are 2 services which you may work in will offer you variety in your shifts, as the support, hobbies and needs of each individual is different.

Location:

The are services across the borough of Bexley.

Hours:

The hours of a bank support worker are zero hours per week, you will be offered shifts as and when they come up, which you can chose to work which fit around your existing commitments. The services are 24 hours with waking night shifts.

About you:

We are looking for someone that likes variety in their work and has a passion for helping others. You must have good communication, a sense of humour, be empathetic, reliable & resilient. You must be able to work within a team & on your own as this can vary. You do not need to have previous experience - we would love to hear from you if you think your personality and values that would make you a good fit for the role and our organisation. We train & develop all of our staff to become a great support workers.
