Summary
We are currently recruiting for a qualified and passionate SEN Teacher to join one of our excellent SEN schools located in Wingrave, Buckinghamshire. This is a long-term contract position, paid to scale, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
About the Role:
• Position: SEN Teacher
• Location: Wingrave, Buckinghamshire
• Contract: Long-term
• Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)
• Start: Immediate or September 2025 start available
What We’re Looking For:
• A teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Proven experience supporting SEN pupils, ideally in a specialist or inclusive setting
• A strong understanding of a variety of additional needs, such as ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or SEMH
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse pupil needs
• Ability to plan and deliver individualised learning programmes and work as part of a dedicated support team
