About the role:Activate Learning is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative tutor to join our well-established Learning for Leisure team at Reading College.We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our National Saturday Club - Fashion and Business. This inspiring programme offers young people aged 13-16 the chance to explore their creativity and gain hands-on experience in the world of fashion and business.As the tutor, you will:Inspire and mentor a group of young learnersOrganise and accompany the group on two exciting trips to London, including a showcase at Somerset HouseLead on special projects, visits, and masterclasses throughout the yearTake ownership of the group’s development and progressionThe course runs every Saturday morning during term-time, 10am-1pm, 16 weeks per week at Reading College CampusWhat do you need to be successful as a Saturday Club Tutor at Activate Learning?You should:Have strong knowledge and experience in Fashion and BusinessBe confident in independently managing and motivating groups of young peopleBe creative, organised, and enthusiastic about youth engagementHave excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWho we are:Activate Learning is a pioneering education group with a global reach, committed to transforming lives through our approach to learning.We see our employees as individuals, empowering them to make the right choices for their ambitions and careers.
