Summary

Your essential role in the management of manufacturing blood and blood products will directly contribute to the saving and improving of patients’ lives. We will provide you with an induction and training programme and ongoing development to support you in your role and achieving your career ambitions. As part of the selection process you will be invited to attend the Blood Centre, so that you can gain an understanding of the requirements of this essential role. This role will give you the opportunity to work on national projects and continuous improvement events which will broaden your knowledge and collaboration skills as well as benefiting the department. What we offer: This shift attracts an attractive unsocial hours payment, which will increase the salary considerably NHSBT promotes flexible working opportunities where the role will allow. Part-time working will be considered.
