We're looking for a Stores Person to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team in the South West.

Location: Plymouth

Contract: Permanent - Full time

Our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks division brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected. In this role, you will be working on our South West Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Stores Person, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks - South West Water team, supporting them in schemes including mains laying, pressure management, district metering and large and complex mains repairs.

Wondering what the day to day of this role will look like?

As a Stores Person for the South West Water team your day-to-day will include:

-Liaising and maintaining excellent relationships with our suppliers, responding to internal queries regarding stock and materials, and acting as a point of contact for contract queries

-Organising the logistics of spares, coordinating the loading and unloading of deliveries with a focus upon health and safety, and arranging waste management and collection

-Support with ensuring all audits are carried out in a timely and accurate way, as well as the processing of invoices through Causeway for all contract orders

-Managing and organising all documentation and records, to ensure it is stored safely, securely and accurately

What are we looking for?

This role of Stores Person is great for you if:

-Full UK Driving Licence

-It would also be beneficial to hold relevant CSCS/ CPSC & NRSWA cards, along with utility experience, but not essential as we will provide full training and development
