Summary
Finance tasks Maintain allcompany accountingrecords usingthenominated accounting software (currently Xero) Prepare payroll information for external processing Manage company cashflow with responsibility for making all payments for suppliers, salary and any other ad hoc transactions Produce, circulate and present management accounts and other financial reports for Core team, clients and Board Maintain and review finance policies Maintain accounting procedures and process notes Produce annual budgets alongside CEO and clinical Leads. Support bid/grant/tender submissions Business Support Support the smooth running of the office Coordinate other administration duties as required Support the development and use of data systems, e.g. online data dashboard and HR system Support or cover for other core team members when required Be committed to continuing professional development, gaining wider experience and expertise through training and support
