Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Providing personalised support to students in one-to-one and small group settings
- Working closely with Teachers to modify and tailor lesson materials
- Encouraging and modelling positive behaviour and emotional resilience
- Supporting students in developing independence and real-world life skills
- Taking part in enrichment activities that support holistic development
- Promoting a respectful, inclusive classroom culture where all students feel seen and supported
What We're Looking For
- At least 6-12 months' experience working in UK Schools, ideally within SEN settings
- Solid understanding of common SEN needs including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Calm, empathetic, and confident in building strong student relationships
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
