Lead Aftersales Excellence with Jemca – Toyota Edgware
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Aftersales Manager to lead our large and dynamic aftersales department at Toyota Edgware. This is a senior management position with responsibility for service, parts, warranty, bodyshop, and workshop operations – managing a team of 35 across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the aftersales operation including service, parts, bodyshop, warranty, and technical teams
- Manage a team of approx. 35, including 16 technicians and specialists across all departments
- Drive profitability while ensuring high levels of compliance, governance, and customer service
- Maintain robust H&S standards across all areas of the aftersales function
- Ensure consistent delivery of service excellence through team coaching and development
- Set, monitor, and achieve departmental KPIs aligned with group and manufacturer standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Partner closely with other department heads and manufacturer representatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager in a main dealer environment – essential
- Strong understanding of service, parts, bodyshop, warranty, and workshop operations
- High-level organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a large team
- Experience in health and safety management and compliance procedures
- Ability to drive departmental profitability while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership training or management development programme experience is a plus
- A full UK driving licence is required
