Contracts Manager – Reinstatement Works

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in reinstatement works and insurance repairs? We are seeking a driven professional to join our leading team, delivering high-quality property reinstatement projects from initial assessment through to final account completion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Contracts Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed site and desktop surveys to assess property damage and define the scope of works.

  
  

• Prepare, manage, and update schedules of work using Xactimate.

  
  

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with policyholders, tenants, clients, and internal teams.

  
  

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of reinstatement works, including subcontractor management.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with all health & safety legislation and company procedures.

  
  

• Maintain accurate project records using systems such as Teams, Handyman, and Navision.

  
  

• Monitor job performance, project margins, and manage risks on high-value or low-margin projects.

  
  

• Finalise accounts and ensure timely invoicing upon project completion.

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within reinstatement works or insurance repairs.

    
    

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

    
    

  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Xactimate.

    
    

  • Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations on-site.

    
    

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
