We are now on the lookout for a People & Culture Junior Coach to support our dynamic team at the Moxy & Residence Inn Slough, the first dual-branded hotel in the area.
About the Role
You’ll be the friendly face and reliable support behind our HR function – coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training, and general team wellbeing. You’ll help us keep everything running smoothly, ensuring compliance and promoting a workplace culture that is inclusive, upbeat, and inspiring.
What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding journey: post job ads, arrange interviews; prepare and generate new starter documents; leavers processes.
Be the go-to contact for new starters and coordinate their induction process.
Assist with team training sessions and maintain our monthly training calendar.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee data is kept up to date ( i.e right-to-work and other respective documentation).
Be the point of contact for employee facilities – lockers, staff areas, and general maintenance requests.
Support payroll processing and maintain monthly trackers (training, holidays, uniforms, birthdays, etc.).
Help organise team events and assist with employee communications and engagement.
Act as note-taker in employee relations matters and circulate minutes promptly.
Support ad-hoc HR projects and general administrative task as required.
What We’re Looking For
A people-person with strong organisational and communication skills.
A high level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a desire to grow and develop within the HR field.
Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
