Main duties include:
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
• Support operational activities including task planning, job scheduling, tracking vehicle repairs and customer service follow-up.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all office-related documents.
• Collaborate with technicians, rental staff, and management for seamless operations.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as required to support the operations of UKL Cars Ltd.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in office administration or office-based roles.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Clear communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
