Summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Reporting and Data Assistant to support our performance and service delivery teams. Working closely with the Reporting and Data Analyst you’ll help produce and optimise daily, weekly and monthly reports that guide smart customer-focused decisions. You'll analyse data from housing management, operational delivery and customer service systems to provide valuable insights to both internal stakeholders and regional clients.

You’ll track trends in complaints, customer satisfaction, maintenance activity and appointment demand while highlighting opportunities for improvement and supporting key contract requirements. The overall objective of this role is to help enhance service performance and improve the customer experience for service families across the UK.

You will be joining our Commercial & Compliance team based in Speke. Our Commercial & Compliance Team plays a crucial role as part of Pinnacle Service Families, our largest contract managing 49,000 military family homes on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. As part of the team, you’ll sign up to our mission: To be champions of Service Families, advocating for them in everything we do.

This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build performance reports which includes key safety, operational, quality and customer metrics which will be presented both internally and externally to the DIO client team and wider stakeholder groups as appropriate.
  • Own and optimise the current reporting requirements that cover metrics for National Service Centre for Call handling, Repairs, Complaints, Compensation, Customer Satisfaction, and Occupancy Management.
  • Liaise with the third-party IT partner to collect, manage and present performance data relating to this parties activities.
  • Play a key role in establishing a trusting relationship with key internal and external customers in delivering data, metrics and insight with integrity and demonstrating assurance of data collected and shared.

Key Requirements

  • Strong IT and data processing skills (particularly in MS Excel, and Power BI).
  • A strong improvement planning/ CI background with experience in producing KPI data alongside action plans and tracking mechanisms.
  • Proving experience of developing and delivering clear, accurate and relevant reports to aid decision making.
  • Be able to understand and explain complex data sets and convert these into presentations for the appropriate audience.
  • Ability to analyse complex data using it to inform sound judgements, produce clear, concise reports and business cases / recommendations to help develop strategy, drive performance and compliance whilst managing risk
  • The person will demonstrate a collaborative style and also high levels of integrity in delivery to stakeholders.
