A growing groundworks and civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their operational team, covering projects along the M4/M5 corridor. With a strong reputation for delivering quality and safety, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role across multiple live sites.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential groundwork and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to high standards. From pre-start through to completion, you'll work closely with site teams, clients, and commercial leads to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, support, and mentor site teams
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure delivery in line with programme and budget, in collaboration with commercial teams
• Uphold high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance
• Contribute to planning meetings, monthly reporting, and tender reviews
