Job Title: Joiner – Rip-Out Works (Commercial Bank)
Location: Spalding
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Start Date: Monday Start
Working Hours: TBC (typically 07:30 – 17:00)

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to assist with the rip-out and dismantling phase of a commercial bank refurbishment project in Spalding. This role involves the safe removal of existing timber structures and fixtures in preparation for renovation works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismantling and removing timber features such as counters, partitions, doors, frames, skirting, and wall panelling

  
  

• Working carefully around sensitive areas including IT systems, vaults, and secured installations

  
  

• Using appropriate hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, pry bars) to carry out clean and efficient removals

  
  

• Reading and working from basic plans or verbal instructions

  
  

• Supporting other trades and assisting with general strip-out duties as required

  
  

• Sorting and stacking reusable materials, disposing of waste appropriately

  
  

• Adhering to site health & safety guidelines and maintaining a tidy work area

  
  

• Communicating clearly with site management to report progress or any issues

  
  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Joiner in commercial or strip-out projects

    
    

  • CSCS Card (valid)

    
    

  • Own tools and full PPE

    
    

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    
    

  • Attention to detail and safety-conscious approach

    
    

  • Punctual and reliable with a professional attitude
