Summary
Job Opportunity: Accommodation Manager - Birmingham (B7)
Position: Accommodation Manager (Student Accomodation)
Location: Birmingham (B7)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £17.95 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the property is secure, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard at all times.
* Conduct sales tours and show flat viewings to maximise occupancy.
* Report and oversee timely completion of maintenance work.
* Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including arrears, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the booking system and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Collaborate with the wider team to support objectives, share best practices, and suggest improvements.
* Manage summer room turnaround, including check-ins, check-outs, and inspections.
* Assist with obtaining and maintaining the HMO license and landlord accreditation (ANUK).
* Build and maintain relationships with local universities and attend events such as Open Days and Housing Fairs.
