Summary
Clinical Provide advanced respiratory assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with long-term respiratory conditions. Offer expert clinical advice and support across services including Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Home Oxygen Assessment and Review, Spirometry, and self-management clinics. Maintain professional accountability and ensure high standards of care across the service. Contribute to MDT discussions and case reviews, supporting integrated care planning. Promote self-management and patient education strategies to enhance independence and reduce hospital admissions. Leadership & Management Lead the operational delivery of the community respiratory service, including workforce planning, caseload management, and rota coordination. Provide day-to-day line management, clinical supervision, and appraisals for team members. Use complex problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to manage team dynamics and service pressures effectively.
