As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll help produce sustainable timber wall, floor, and roof panels used to build low-carbon homes and buildings across the UK — all from our state-of-the-art, automated facility in Westhill.

What You’ll Be Doing

Learning how to manufacture timber frame panels using specialist tools and high-tech equipment

Working as part of a friendly, supportive production team

Following technical drawings and maintaining quality, safety, and output standards

Gaining hands-on experience and new skills every day

If you're good with your hands, enjoy practical work, and have a positive, can-do attitude — we’ll train you to succeed. No prior manufacturing experience is required.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Enjoy using tools and making things

Are a team player who takes pride in their work

Can learn quickly and follow instructions

Have some experience with joinery, timber, or manufacturing (a bonus but not essential)

Can understand basic measurements and drawings
