Hours: 37–40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time / Onsite
Homecare Guernsey is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our growing team in delivering high-quality care within the community. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Administer medications and clinical procedures as required
• Work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare professionals, and families
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (NMC registration required)
• Previous experience in community or homecare nursing is desirable
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and organisational skills
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage
