✅ Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, HLTA, or equivalent)
- Have experience working with children aged 4-11 in an educational setting
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Show initiative, flexibility, and a nurturing approach to child development
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
- Support inclusive practices and uphold our ethos of respect and belonging
What You'll Do
As a Teacher Partner, you will:
- Work closely with class teachers to support lesson delivery and learning objectives
- Provide tailored assistance to children with varying educational needs
- Engage pupils in creative, stimulating activities in and beyond the classroom
- Support assessment, feedback, and pupil progress tracking
- Foster a positive environment for pupils, staff, and parents alike
