How to prepare, install, and maintain flat roofing systems
Use of tools, materials, and equipment safely and effectively
Understanding roofing structures, insulation, and waterproofing methods
Working to industry standards and following health & safety regulations
Teamwork and communication skills on-siteWhat We’re Looking For:
A genuine interest in construction or roofing
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
Good attention to detail and eagerness to learn
GCSEs in Maths and English (preferred but not essential). Any relevant single ply membrane certificates would also be a great advantage
A driving licence, although not essential as a lift can be provided if located in Exeter
