Contract: Bank / Zero Hours (Flexible Working)
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days) or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)

About Glyncornel
Glyncornel is a friendly and supportive 16-bed nursing home located beside the peaceful Glyncornel lake in Rhondda Cynon Taf. We’ve proudly supported older adults in the local community for over 30 years. Our focus is always on person-centred care, and we’re known for our warm atmosphere, low staff turnover, and strong team culture.
Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and person-led care. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality nursing care in a warm, home-from-home setting
Administering medication and managing care plans
Conducting clinical assessments and monitoring resident wellbeing
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support residents' needs
Supporting with personal care and mobility as required
Keeping accurate clinical records and promoting a safe, calm environment
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse (RGN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN
At least 1 year of post-registration experience (preferred)
Strong clinical skills and experience with care planning and medication administration
Empathetic and patient, with a genuine passion for elderly care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Confident working in a busy care environment with a flexible, hands-on approach
