Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Deliver one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication or emotional difficulties

Work alongside class teachers to adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual learning styles

Encourage pupils to build essential life skills, such as confidence, independence, and effective communication

Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment through proactive behaviour support

Monitor and report pupil progress to the SENCo and teaching staff, contributing to personalised learning plans
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate graduate who:

Has recently completed a degree, ideally with a 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, or a related field

Has experience working with children or young people with SEN—whether in school, care, or volunteer settings

Demonstrates a calm, patient, and adaptable approach to learning and behaviour support

Has a strong interest in pursuing a career in education, child development, or a related field such as speech therapy or educational psychology
