they are a well-established and forward-thinking organisation, supporting Residential Children’s Homes and Education settings across the UK. Our services are designed to meet the complex needs of children and young people up to the age of 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

We are now looking for a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to join one of our residential care teams. If you are passionate about making a lasting impact on young lives, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home

  
  

• Lead and support care staff, managing shifts as needed

  
  

• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people

  
  

• Maintain high standards in line with Ofsted regulations and Quality Care Standards

  
  

• Work directly with young people and model best practice for staff

  
  

• Promote a trauma-informed, solution-focused approach to care

  
  ✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent)

    
    

  • Proven experience working in a children’s residential setting

    
    

  • A valid manual UK/EU Driving Licence

    
    

  • Ability to work flexible hours on a rolling rota (07:30am – 23:00pm, including sleep-ins)

    
    

  • A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
