Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Powder Coating Operative to join a fast-paced, busy team in the Great Yarmouth area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Powder coating steel and metal frames to a high standard

  
  

• Preparing and hanging metal parts for coating, including masking and careful handling

  
  

• Moving items post-coating to allow for curing, then stacking them onto pallets

  
  

• Using hand tools to secure bases and knock rubber bungs into the items

  
  

• Shrink-wrapping pallets and ensuring they are securely packed

  
  

• Operating manual pump-up pallet trucks for moving pallets around the warehouse and yard

  
  

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including using an industrial broom to keep the production area tidy

  
  

• Supporting the team with other duties as required

  
  

  Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in powder coating or similar industrial coating processes is desirable

    
    

    Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
