Summary
To manage a caseload of patients within specialist palliative care, carrying out holistic assessments and providing individualised patient care. To participate in the promotion of patient-centred care, establishing and maintaining a supportive relationship with the patient and their family. To act as an educational resource, mentor and role model, demonstrating high standards of care, and providing clinical leadership in specialist palliative and end of life care.
