Crynodeb
The Senior Benefits Manager is a key enabler and contributor to the successful delivery of the BMfS Programme. The role is responsible for ensuring BMfS work streams (projects) are strategically aligned; their benefits and dis-benefits are defined, quantified and measured; benefits owners are defined and engaged, dis-benefits are managed, realisation is monitored and reported. The role requires Programme and or Project Management experience, Benefits Management experience (minimum of a Cat B Programme) and strong interpersonal skills.
The role may at times further support Project Management and Project Controls activity as required. The role has line management responsibility and supports the direction of outputs for Industry partners.
