Summary
Clinical: Clinical shifts will be split between Assessment Suite (a 50 bed acute medical admissions area) and Same Day Emergency Care (dedicated area proving same day care to around 60 patients a day). Morning shifts entail a ward round on Assessment Suite, and afternoon and on-call shifts involve working on Assessment Suite and SDEC with a constant review of new patients as they arrive on AS/SDEC as a senior clinical decision maker. Sub-specialty interest work will be supported if practicable by mutual agreement
