Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Installer to join a well-established, family-run passive fire protection company. The role involves working on a range of projects across East and North London, focusing on the installation and maintenance of fire doors and associated fire stopping works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of fire doors in line with industry standards and regulations
- Fire stopping and general passive fire protection works
- Conducting maintenance and remedial works on fire doors
- Working across various sites in East and North London
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard with a focus on compliance and safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fire door installation, including fire stopping
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or Fire Door Installation (preferred)
- Good understanding of current fire door regulations and standards
- Must hold a clean, manual UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach on-site
