- UK experience working with SEN children or adults
- Willingness to provide personal care where required
- Background in Early Years education warmly welcomed
- Enthusiastic, patient and reliable individuals with a strong commitment to inclusion
Your Role Will Involve
- Supporting learners with complex needs across a range of ages and abilities
- Working collaboratively with teachers and specialist staff to create an inclusive environment
- Providing tailored support for individual pupils in and out of the classroom
- Assisting with personal care routines with dignity and respect
- Encouraging independence and confidence through creative and nurturing approaches
