Your new role
A varied administration role that sits in the HR team, providing support with employment admin, company policies and procedures and general admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records (manual & Workday)
  • Process recruitment, induction, and leaver documentation
  • Manage long service and compliance training
  • Compile HR reports (absence, turnover, recruitment, etc.)
  • Support internal training logistics and record updates
  • Organise staff events and charity initiatives

Corporate Services

  • Handle mail dispatch and deliveries
  • Liaise with contractors for building maintenance
  • Monitor facilities and support preventative maintenance
  • Manage office infrastructure, furniture moves, and car parking
  • Maintain notice boards and liaise with external stakeholders

Health, Safety & Security

  • Perform weekly/monthly water safety checks
  • Maintain security systems and access cards
  • Act as Fire Marshal and Health & Safety representative

Supplies & Admin

  • Monitor and order stationery/kitchen supplies
  • Track budgets and process supplier invoices
  • Maintain service contracts and support general office needs
  • Greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and coordinate taxis/couriers

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous administration experience (at least 1 year's experience), ideally within HR.
  • Note-taking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Time management and ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with workday would be an advantage
