Summary

HR Assistant

You will be the first point of contact for employee and manager queries on a range of issues from recruitment to pay and benefits, escalating to Advisers where required.

You will manage the recruitment and onboarding process and support the induction and probationary process. You will support both employees and managers with advice on absence and ensure all relevant processes are followed.

In conjunction with our payroll team you will ensure all changes affecting pay and benefits are actioned monthly and be responsible for communications with employees.

You will also organise and facilitate training events and programmes across the companies.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in successfully managing multiple work streams at once. You will have excellent IT skills and be confident in learning new software as you will be administrator for our HR software. You will be confident in dealing with people on the phone and in person and building relationships with our customers.
