What You’ll Need
Essential:
CIPD Level 3 qualification
Strong experience in a People Advisory role
Understanding of UK employment law and best practices
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
Experience in the childcare or Education sector and with multi-site businesses
Familiarity with digital HR tools and HRIS systems
Experience in supporting TUPE transfers and payroll processing
What You’ll Be Doing
As a People Advisor (Generalist), you will:
Provide first-line HR advice and support on policies and procedures
Assist with employee relations, wellbeing, and absence management
Manage grievances, investigations, and disciplinaries
Ensure accurate employee data and support HR process automation
Produce HR reports and contribute to continuous improvement projects
