Summary

Sandwell’s Prevention Stores plays a vital role in helping residents live independently by delivering, maintaining, and servicing daily living equipment. We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our dedicated administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor equipment reviews and servicing schedules
Process and track equipment orders
Conduct order analysis and maintain accurate records
Support the team in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery Essential Requirements:
You are required to have:-

Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Knowledge of daily living aids and equipment is essential
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and use initiative
A team player who is passionate about supporting people to live more independently
37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
